Everythings Fine Vintage is a curated vintage store and gallery space blending fashion, art, and community. We sell carefully sourced vintage clothing and accessories while hosting pop ups, art shows, and experiential retail moments.

Sales Associate

Part Time

This role is for someone who thrives in a creative retail environment and understands that great stores are built on energy, service, and strong execution.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience
• Create a welcoming and elevated in store experience
• Offer thoughtful styling support
• Build relationships with repeat customers
• Drive sales and support store goals

Inventory + Merchandising
• Process new inventory and vendor drops
• Price new merchandise according to company guidelines
• Tag and barcode items accurately in POS
• Steam and prepare inventory for the sales floor
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards

Floor + Operations
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
• Monitor inventory accuracy and organization
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment

Events + Community
• Assist during art shows, pop ups, and store activations
• Contribute to a high energy, community driven atmosphere

E-Commerce Intern

Part Time
For Fashion Students Interested in Digital + Vintage Retail

This role is specifically designed for students who want hands on experience inside a growing independent fashion business.

You won’t just observe. You’ll participate.

What You’ll Learn

• How vintage is photographed and merchandised for Shopify
• Writing product descriptions that convert
• Online pricing strategy and margin structure
• Inventory management across platforms
• Sell through analysis
• How content and commerce connect

What You’ll Do

• Photograph and measure inventory
• Upload products to Shopify
• Track online inventory
• Assist with styling and content shoots
• Support live selling prep
• Help with digital merchandising updates

Ideal For Students Who

• Love vintage and understand eras and brands
